Description
This is a dish made with prawn and garlic. really tastes yummy.Can be served as a side dish with sambaar or any mild dal variety.

5 clove | Garlic[crushed] |
25 | Prawn[cleaned and washed] |
1 tsp | Garam masala |
Few fennel seeds | |
Currry leaves | |
1 T | Chilly powder |
1 T | Corriander powder |
pinch | Turmeric powder |
pinch | Asafoetida |
Salt and oil as per need | |
1 | Onion[medium sized finely chopped] |
Instructions
1.Take a pan add oil then add fennel seeds , onion,garlic and curry leaves.Saute well
2.Now add prawns, turmeric powder and salt and saute well for 2 minutes.
3.Now add chilly powder, corriander powder, garam masala and mix well.
4.Add water if required and cook the prawn.
5.Once cooked serve hot as a side dish with sambaar.
